Course objective:
To provide delegates through a combination of theory illustrated with examples, interactive role play/practical, for knowledge, skills, and confidence to deal with first aid incident.

How to deal with the casualty who is unresponsive and non-breathing
Circulatory System – Cardiac arrest
How to use AED equipment
Calling 999/112
Accident book and reporting (if used in the workplace)
Where to go for help, support, information, or equipment
